Don Stone (born May 6, 1969) is a retired American professional ice hockey center. He was selected by the Detroit Red Wings in the 12th round (248th overall) of the 1988 NHL Entry Draft. ==Playing career== Stone played college hockey for the Michigan Wolverines. After turning professional, he played for the Toledo Storm in the ECHL, the Flint Bulldogs in the Colonial Hockey League, the West Palm Beach Blaze in the Sunshine Hockey League, and the West Palm Beach Barracudas in the Southern Hockey League. Stone once scored a highlight goal that was replayed on Sports Center. He now leads a powerhouse Pee Wee team in his hometown. He was also a roller hockey player with the Orlando Rollergators of Roller Hockey International.
